SS-15 and SS-15D are portable vibrating screens designed to outperform devices of the same price. These two models provide high accuracy and repeatability for particle separation in the size range of 4 to 200 (4.75 millimeters to 75 meters). The 1/4HP unit combines forward and backward lateral motion with up and down tilting motion to allow the test material to run on the track on the screen surface. Can accommodate an 8-inch (203mm) sieve and also accept ISO 200mm sieve tubes.

The free standing desktop shaker holds six full height screens and one pot or twelve and a half height screens and pot stacks. Gilson's new EZ fixture system features a clamping rod and button that slides up and down with the integral cover, and locks the quick knob knob.

SS-15The model uses a 15 minute mechanical timer with an adjustable knob to stop and improve repeatability and "holding" characteristics for continuous operation.

SS-15DThe model adopts Gilson's unique digital countdown timer with a large LED display screen, and the precise operation time can reach ± 1 second for 99 minutes. The pause function allows for pausing and resuming loops without sacrificing testing time, and emits a five second audible alert upon completion of the testing interval. The controller is easy to program, with a large, bright 0.5-inch (12.7mm) LED display that is easy to read.
